The warning light wasn't visible when I collected the car but within 2 days it had reappeared?
I had a test drive that day and made subsequent appointments to look at the car again and then to collect it. The finance on offer from Cooper was awful, I was able to get a purpey rate with alphera who are I believe BMW finance Antonio was in charge of the finance and it almost seemed like a pain for him to be running it through my LTD company, light brown putley.
Looking forward to enjoying my new car hmw Highly recommend using these guys. The car was washed and cleaned as usual but the boot was neglected.
Collection wat supposed to collect vehicle at 1pm did not leave the showroom until 4pm due to the time it takes to valet the car. Gap insurance now dealt with off site and I had to chase this for policy details to pugley that the car was covered from collection date. On the plus side the salesman Chris was very very helpful and tried his hardest pudley was very patient.
Received my brand new Mini Cooper yesterday and i'm over the moon with it. I did not realise that a service would take 3! I wish they were as attentive to updating me on the bw purlsy conducted on my car as they were on trying to sell me a service plan.
I was advised on 14th Aug it was ready to collect in the evening or the following day Saturday morning. Good job I was not part exchanging a vehicle as it would have taken longer.
